HOW DO I ORDER A PRINT?

Click on the cart logo at the bottom of each image. From there, you will see print style options, each with available sizes. A size comparison chart is available on the prints page.  

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can pay with your credit card at online checkout.

CAN I DO CUSTOM SIZES?

Yes, we can consider custom sizes upon request. In some cases, an image with a different aspect ratio may negatively affect its overall impact.

IS THERE SPECIAL PRICING FOR BULK OR MULTIPLE ORDERS?

Yes, contact me directly by email, and I will discuss a custom order and work with you.

CAN YOU DO A FULL PROPERTY LAYOUT?

Yes, contact me directly by email, and I will discuss a custom order, whether it be for a home, yacht, restaurant, hotel, medical facility, or any commercial space with you in person.  I have thousands of additional images not on the website that can be incorporated into a theme or style for such a project.

WHAT ARE THE PRINT MEDIUMS?

I offer prints as either a loose print you can frame yourself, a True Life Lumachrome luxury archival acrylic print (float or framed), or a chromolux metallic print on a float. See the  prints page for more detailed information.

WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS FOR FRAMING?

I offer a selection of Roma frames direct on the website. For custom framing ideas,  contact me directly, and I'll do my best to accommodate.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

Allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery of Acrylic and Metallic orders, and 2 weeks for a loose print.

HOW ARE THE FINAL PRODUCTS PACKAGED?

Loose prints will be delivered in a tube. Acrylic, metallic, and framed prints will be carefully packaged in the highest-quality, secure packaging to minimize the chance of damage during transit. Please inspect pictures within 48 hours of receipt and check for any damage. This is highly unlikely, but if a product isn’t perfect, we will arrange a replacement immediately.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

International shipping is not available on the website.  For an overseas order, please contact me directly, and I will work with you on shipping or find a local agent in your country to fulfill the order and ship it domestically to you.

HOW DO THE PRINTS HANG ON THE WALL?

All float-frame prints will be delivered with a French cleat hanging system and instructions.

DO I NEED SPECIAL LIGHTING?

Although not essential, pictures will look more three dimensional and luminous with front lighting pointing down toward the picture from the ceiling or track lighting.

IS THERE AN OPTION FOR SPLIT PANELS?

To discuss diptych and triptych panel options, contact me directly. I  have a large diptych print of The Sculpture Tree in my house  (pictured below) , and it’s a real hit with visitors.

CAN I REQUEST CUSTOM SET SIZES?

I will put together any custom group of individualized images for you as needed. Just contact me with your needs, and I will work with you directly.
