Hudson Yards, New York
Driving the boat and the camera in the strong current of the Hudson River was the challenge of the day. Being far too early to ask one of my fellow crew to join the cruise as driver, I made dozens of repeated runs forward and back before capturing just the right position of the Empire State building, cutting the gap through the Hudson Yards.
